Members can contact us through a Live-chat on our website social media channels such as Facebook Instagram Twitter and any complaint sites. But of course they can also always send us an email.

What exactly will you do as a Customer Support agent

You will be available to anyone who has a question or a complaint. You will have the freedom to think up out-of-the-box ideas to answer the questions and complaints.

Our organization is internationally oriented and rapidly growing where hard work but also a friendly and pleasant work atmosphere are central. Because the organization is growing rapidly taking the initiative and coming up with ideas is appreciated and encouraged. The head language in our office is English but Dutch French German and Spanish are also spoken! As a result you will experience many different cultures.

The shifts consist of day and evening shifts.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 19:00 and on Saturday from 8:30 to 17:00. The start times may vary you have a work day of 8 hours with 30 minutes break on top of that.

A summary of what we ask of you:

• You are customer-friendly and service-oriented;

• You think out of the box to come up with a solution;

• You have empathy and are stress-resistant;

• You have a positive and professional attitude;

• You are flexible to work Monday - Saturday;

• You speak and write German and English;

• Dutch French or Spanish are a plus.
