Full Stack Software Developer Co-op / Internship

Location: Quebec-based (Montreal preferred)
Duration: 4 months

The Opportunity

Were growing and looking for a Full Stack Software Developer Co-op / Intern to join our R&D team.

If youre excited about building things that actually ship this role is for you. Youll work mainly in a Java-based stack help develop Flexsprings core platform and learn how real SaaS products are designed tested and improved over time.

This is a hands-on role where youll code learn ask questions and contributeevery week.

What Youll Be Working On

Building and improving features in Flexsprings product
Writing backend and full stack code using Java and JavaScript
Working with APIs and data flowing between systems
Writing and running tests to make sure things work as expected
Collaborating with experienced developers through code reviews and team discussions

What Were Looking For

Youre currently studying Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field
You have a solid foundation in Java and/or JavaScript
Youve been exposed to Spring and JUnit (school projects count!)
Youve worked with or learned about APIs
Youre curious motivated and enjoy solving problems

Nice to Haves

Experience with REST APIs React GraphQL Groovy JMS or SOAP
Interest in SaaS products or system integrations
Curiosity about how large systems talk to each other
