Merchandizing Program Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the production of merchandising materials managing project timelines coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing costs. Success requires strong project management skills attention to detail and the ability to drive multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Data driven Program Manager will be instrumental in organizing our product portfolio and ensuring it is professionally prepared for market supported by strong merchandising marketing materials and training. Actively listening to understand the needs of company teams and customers is essential (USA and Canada). This is full-time on-site/office position.
Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end management of product programs ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear schedules milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with teams across the organization including sourcing design production marketing and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and resolve risks or roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee the development of collateral materials for new product lines including installation guides warranties compliance documents (e.g. Proposition 65 Lacey Act) and certifications.
  • Overseeing data management for all marketing materials and sales tools.
  • Serve as the liaison between molding production and customers ensuring seamless coordination for color matching and product setup.
  • Monitor merchandising inventory levels and provide visibility to the Inhaus team.
  • Maintain and update merchandising pricing sheets for Inhaus customers.
  • Collaborate with management to create and continuously refine an accurate and effective sales pitch for the sales team to use in the field.

Production & Merchandising
  • Manage the development and production of merchandising materials to support product launches.
  • Work closely with suppliers vendors and internal teams to ensure quality cost-effectiveness and timely production.
  • Review and update supplier cost requirements semi-annually benchmarking against competitors to explore alternative sources.
  • Negotiate vendor quotes ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee and approve program execution for each production batch.
  • Data management and SKU creation

Timeline & Cost Management
  • Establish and manage program budgets balancing cost efficiency with quality standards.
  • Collect quarterly feedback from the sales team to assess unit demand.
  • Track and analyze costs identifying areas for optimization and savings.
  • Ensure all program components are delivered on time adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate shifting priorities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications.
  • Provide regular updates on program progress ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sourcing product development marketing sales and operations.
  • Develop a centralized dashboard for tracking ongoing projects and requests.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that values diverse perspectives in decision-making.
  • Support other business functions as needed.
  • Providing solutions to the sales team and in turn to Inhaus customers is the key metric for success. As the business environment evolves and priorities shift maintaining a flexible mindset and adapting quickly to new challenges is essential.
