Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces tending bar and serving platters of food.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service enabling future bookings
• Supervise the execution of event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong exceeding their expectations
• Handle general enquiries creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests requirements
• Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks
• Be a confident and welcoming supervisor creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA
• Passion for the industry
• Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role
• Working rights in Australia
