Who You Are
Youll perform as a Global Supply Chain Subcontract Administrator
What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will prepare bid packages analyze and evaluate proposals negotiate with suppliers (cost terms and work scope) and award contracts. This role will also require post-award contract administration and maintenance including but not limited to invoice processing supplier quality and delivery performance management coordination with internal functional organizations and overall supplier work scope organization and management.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in in Supply Chain Management Business Industrial Distribution Finance Accounting Information Systems Economics or related field
- Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying purchase orders supplier proposals managing supplier/customer relationships negotiations data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Willing/able to travel
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
- Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system such as Procure to Pay

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day 3 days off per week
