Position Summary
Development Donor Systems is an operations team within Development at NRDC that serves as a center of operational excellence within the department. The team and each team members specific responsibilities continue to evolve as we build our technology platform to support the department and organization as they grow. This is an exciting time during which we can shed old processes and ways of working that are no longer serving the institution. Flexibility adaptability and patience will be necessary to perform successfully in this role.
The Associate Director is primarily a people management role overseeing the Donor Onboarding team within Development Donor Systems; a gift processing and data operations unit that processes donations from multiple channels performs imports of financial and donor data and helps to ensure the data integrity of NRDCs Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database through shared reconciliation processes with various stakeholders.
In addition to managing the team through ongoing process improvement and change management projects involving documentation training and stakeholder communication the Associate Director will also assume responsibility for coaching direct reports on their own career development and performance management of the team.
