Elevate is partnering with a well-established manufacturing operation in the Columbus area to identify a Plant Controller who wants to play a visible impactful role at the plant level. This position will work closely with a highly experienced and respected Plant Manager and will serve as a true financial thought partner to operations not a back-office scorekeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for a controller who enjoys being on the floor influencing decisions and helping drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial business partner to plant leadership supporting operational and strategic decision-making
• Work side-by-side with the Plant Manager providing insight challenge and financial perspective to improve results
• Lead cost-out initiatives margin improvement efforts and continuous improvement projects across the plant
• Analyze operational performance identify trends and proactively surface opportunities and risks
• Support budgeting forecasting and long-range planning with a forward-looking value-added mindset
• Partner with operations to improve processes controls and financial transparency
