About the Role
The Lifestyle Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction quality and impact of Eldercares Lifestyle Program. This position leads the development implementation and continuous improvement of Lifestyle services across all Eldercare sites ensuring they reflect best practice align with Eldercares wellbeing strategy and uphold the foundational Approaches of the Eldercare Model of Care.
Working closely with the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs the Lifestyle Program Coordinator drives strategic refinement of the Lifestyle program establishes strong governance systems and ensures consistent highquality practice through organisational processes and professional development of Lifestyle staff.
The role is highly collaborative partnering with Wellbeing Volunteer and Operations Program teams Site Operations Managers clinical staff and external organisations to maximise resident participation and wellbeing. Central to the role is promoting residentled engagement across Eldercares four key activity themes - Active Body Healthy Mind Connection and Create - and ensuring Lifestyle opportunities are inclusive meaningful and responsive to diverse resident needs.
