The Role
The Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in managing and maintaining Condé Nasts media licensing partnerships. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for various global partners helping to implement new processes overseeing workflows and ensuring ongoing success. Working closely across Editorial Creative Education Operations and Business Development teams the Partnership Manager translates brand and partner needs into clear actionable workflows ensuring all materials are on time on brand and to the highest quality standards.
What will you be doing
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners providing timely communication updates and support while documenting and updating internal systems lists and trackers.
Collaborate in preparing partner-facing materials including decks schedules and meeting recaps.
Support partner onboarding launch planning and workflows including coordinating logistics asset and print distribution and internal setup across organised shared folders and tools.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each partners market and activities.
Lead regular partner check-ins communications and reviews to ensure alignment and support brand goals.
Maintain and communicate partner-specific requirements brand guidelines and workflow protocols and financial reporting.
Coordinate with Education Editorial Creative and Operations teams to meet team objectives.
Proactively identify risks blockers or issues proposing solutions/improvements whenever possible and provide ad hoc team support.
Track partnership performance metrics and help compile and complete internal quarterly reviews.
Support Business Development by contributing partner insights and assisting with proposal materials when needed.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
About you:
Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to influence align and collaborate cross-functionally.
Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback; confident in guiding partners toward on-brand solutions.
Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Experience working with global partners (additional languages a bonus).
Strong relationship-building and partner-facing communication skills.
Highly organised and deadline-driven with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience working with editorial or licensing industry strongly preferred.
