Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for an UX Designer who can own projects end to endfrom understanding user needs to delivering well-crafted solutions. Youll work closely with Product Engineering and Business teams to design intuitive scalable experiences and influence product decisions through strong UX thinking.
You will be responsible for both UX thinking and high-quality UI execution across key product journeys.
What Youll Do
Own UX aspects of product problems from research and problem framing to final delivery
Conduct user research customer interviews and usability testing to synthesize insights and translate complex workflows into simple user-friendly journeys through user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to balance user needs business goals and technical constraints
Use data analytics and qualitative insights to validate and iterate on designs
Present design rationale clearly and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
What Were Looking For
34 years of experience in UX Design / Product Design
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: research information architecture interaction design usability
Hands-on experience with research and customer engagement
Proficiency in Figma (wireframing prototyping design systems)
Nice to Have
Experience working on regulated or data-heavy products
Exposure to analytics tools and usability metrics
