Position Summary

Required Qualifications

- 711 years of professional experience in graphic design digital advertising or gaming marketing art.

- Experience guiding or mentoring design teams.

- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable collaborating across global time zones.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts Multimedia or equivalent (BFA etc.).

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of layout color theory typography composition and visual storytelling.

- A strong design portfolio showcasing game-related assets static ads social creatives and marketing visuals.

-Strong knowledge and practical experience with leading AI tools with the ability to integrate them into the design workflow to enhance creativity improve efficiency and accelerate project delivery.

- Fluent in English.
