Are you reliable hardworking and take pride in keeping things clean and organized Were looking for a Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean safe and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential to the success of our food and beverage operations supporting the restaurant banquets room service and employee cafeteria in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes glassware utensils pots pans and kitchen equipment following hotel and health department standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas kitchens storage rooms and trash/recycling areas.
Follow Clean As You Go procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Assist with receiving storing and rotating food and supplies as needed.
Safely operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning restocking and set-up tasks as assigned.
Comply with all safety sanitation and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with guests and team members.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic health safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Weekend and holiday availability required.
