Stillwaters Resort is seeking a friendly professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential to delivering a seamless memorable stay from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is guest-focused detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries requests and concerns with a service-first attitude
- Answer and route phone calls courteously and promptly
- Process reservations room changes and account adjustments
- Maintain accurate guest records and payment documentation
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping maintenance and management
- Uphold resort policies procedures and brand standards
- Keep the front desk and lobby areas tidy inviting and guest-ready
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy; experience with property management systems a plus
- Reliable detail-oriented and punctual
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
