The Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS) for Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) Service Line is responsible for the overall leadership of the service line and ensures the quality of medical and mental health services provided the education and training of professional staff and the safety and ethical conduct of medical research conducted on patients assigned to the service. The incumbent is a physician. The incumbent provides overall guidance and supervision to staff in his/her service.
This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until September 30 2026. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applicants will be October 21 2025 with subsequent cut-off dates every two weeks. The Associate Chief of Staff for the Geriatrics and Extended Care Service Line will provide clinical and administrative oversight of the services. The duties and responsibilities of the ACOS GEC include but are not limited to the following:
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (subject to change based on agency needs)
