Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will support leadership initiatives participate in development programs and work closely with internal teams to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of leadership development initiatives and internal programs
