Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client a passionate team specialising in the web app & IT consulting sphere (aimed primarily at helping independent financial advisers manage split track and analyse revenue) is looking for a Junior Onboarding Analyst to join their team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

What you will be doing:

You will be assisting our team ensuring that projects and accounts are executed timeously and accurately.

Here is what your day-to-day would look like:

  • Deal with all administrative tasks specific to the projects you are involved with and as required by our team.
  • Collate process and clean up data from various sources (which could require a fair amount of tenacity).
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Learn and grow both personally and professionally within the safe space of a supportive team (we have each others backs)
  • Identify opportunities to drive product refinements to continuously enhance the customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Who you are:

You are good with people and through some weird cosmic twist of fate you also like prepping large amounts of numbers data in Excel spreadsheets. You will also liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs (Ok that last part sounded dreadfully corporate youll be the glue between our clients and ourselves ok)

Ideally you possess most of the following traits or skills:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in business administration finance or related (preferable)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts at a time while paying attention to detail and managing deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • Self-motivated and proactive yet a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (at least English and Afrikaans)
