We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team at Hazel Court Swansea. About the role
As aCleaneryoull:
-
Occasionally act as a Night Concierge covering annual leave and sickness.
-
Ensure building security by patrolling premises monitoring access points and responding to emergencies.

Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness in communal areas (sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and restroom cleaning).

Handle waste disposal and replenish supplies.
-
Carry out fire safety checks and report any issues promptly.

Work independently during night shifts liaising with on-call staff when needed.
Your shifts will include evenings weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is shifts vary between the hours of 7am to 7pm occasional Night Concierge shifts are typically 10pm to 7am.
About you
In this role youll:
- Good verbal communication.
- Be able to work independently and a s a team member.
- Use your own initiative.
- A flexible approach to working hours as shifts will include evenings weekends and bank holidays
