As a Senior/Principal engineer you will be part of a ground-breaking Advanced DRAMR&Dwet etch team. The position promisesample opportunitiesfor innovationcollaborationand testing a new dimension with Advanced DRAM! You will work directly withProcessIntegration and other process areas such as Dry Etch Metals CVD Diffusion Lithography & CMP. You will contribute to brand new and outstanding wet etch tooling & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals!

Expectations for this role include but not limited to:

Technically innovate: Drive strategic technical or tactical decisions at a project and platform level by contributing to high-level innovation feasibility studies; Regularly solves sophisticated problems before they become problems. Key challenges include vapor/plasma etching selective wet etching surface prep and high aspect processing.

Technically Focus: Has the vision and technical skills to relate technologies and business plans of group and other groups projects; Actively builds Micron intellectual property; Aware of external technical advancements substantiated with understanding of the state-of-the art.

Impact Results: Leads Micron IP into successful technical readiness and transition to program integration.

Influence: Regularlydrivesproduct planning/roadmap platform features and functional area strategy. Successfully convinces management toinitiatenew projects.

Skill and experience: Regularly interact with senior management to provide consultation and influence technical and strategic decisions; Crafts alliances with customers.

Lead:Proventrack recordto lead multi-functional teams Technology focus teams etc.;demonstratesindependence and initiative in proactively developing and applying new skills in the most critical current or future domains

Mentor:Lead others within their technical subject area to achievehigh levelsof technical leadership;sharesknowledge with others proven through mentoring coaching presenting etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in physics chemistry chemical engineering materialscienceor an equivalent field is.

Suitable experienceincludes:Research completed during pursuit of a PhD and 2 years of relevant industryexperienceORaMastersdegree and 5 years of relevant experienceOR aBachelors Degreeand 7years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in DRAM or Memory is preferred.

Experience working as a process development engineer in a R&D environment preferred.

Experience with codingautomationand/or data science is preferred.
