Apprentice Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our friendly Group Administration team as an apprentice and work for an award-winning family business dealing with all elements of administration across the Company.

This is an ideal opportunity for a school/college leaver or someone looking to start their administrative career whilst gaining a recognised qualification. If you enjoy helping and interacting with people organising and general office work this role will suit you perfectly.

Key Tasks:

• General administration duties
• Scanning and filing of confidential documents
• Booking conference rooms/events/activities
• Updating basic spreadsheets
• Assist with recruitment processes such as booking interviews preparing new starter documents and assisting with on-boarding
• Input and maintenance of data in HR and H&S systems working towards becoming a Superuser
• Assist with the central organisation and coordination of information and compliance.

This is typically an 18-month (not including the EPA period) apprenticeship which will lead to a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

Details of the Business Administrator Level 3 standard can be found here: without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment (EPA) but full support will be given in order to achieve this.
