About the role

The People Operations/ HR Administratoris responsiblehandling all workforce administrationensuring all people/HR records are accurate and up todateproviding accurate accompanying paperworkrunning datachecks answering queries in a timely manner andproducingrelevant reporting that drivesefficiency across the team andsupportsimproved decision-making. This role will work alongside ourPeople Business Partners andAdvisers andwillbe a key contributor to our People OperationsDataand Systemsteams in the UK.Excellent communication collaboration attention to detail discretion and customer service skills are essential for this roleas is a good knowledge of Workday.

A Day in the Life of a People Operations & Data Specialist

Operations

  • You will provideWorkdaysupportto thePeopleInclusion and Culture teamandtoemployeesbased in the UKincluding:

  • Managinglarge volumes of transactionsincludingbut not limited to:New Hires Job Changes Leaves of Absence One-TimePaymentsandLeaversprocesses.

  • Acting asthe first point of contactforqueries on Workdaysuch asnavigation transaction progressautomatedreporting holidaybalancesandorganisation structure.

  • Ensuringa seamless handover of new starters from TalentAcquisition Operations.This includes checking thatonboarding paperworkis complete and right to work checks are completed and recorded. Work with the relevant People Adviser where necessary.

  • Being responsible forthe ServiceNow ticketing systemincluding respondingin a timely manner keepingemployeesup to date andmanaging the workload collectively.

  • Calculating holiday allowances for relevant employee groups.

  • Drafting sendingand electronically storingall paperwork for contractual changes post-day oneworking closely with the relevant People Adviser.

  • Working closely withtheUKPayroll teamto ensureaccurateandtimelytransfer of Workday data to Payroll.

  • Supporting the Annual Compensation Review processincluding data audits ahead oftheAdvanced Compensation launch.

  • Serve asasubject matter expert alongside theglobalPeopleOperations and Datateams.

  • Supporting thePeople Leadership TeamPeopleAdvisers and PeopleBusinessPartners with accessing data in Workday for their reporting needs.

  • SupportingPICandthewiderbusinessbytroubleshootingandresolvingfunctionalissuesandprovidingdirectsupportforWorkdayuserswhen.

  • Creatingandmaintainingelectronic file storage.

  • Collaboratingwith the PIC team in the UKto drive continual process improvementand efficiencies.

  • Demonstrating experience orknowledge of HR process mapping andmanagement andreviewing processes where needed.

Data Systems andAuditing

  • Support the wider People Operations Dataand Systems functions by:

  • Performingaudits for data accuracy and integrityof UK data.

  • Assistinginidentifyingand addressing opportunities for internal process improvement byeliminatingunnecessary procedures automating applicabletasksand simplifying actionswhereverpossible.

  • SupportingthePeopleSystemsteambytestingnewsystemconfigurationswhen.

  • Developing an understanding ofthe relationship between systemsi.e.Workday ITnetworksand Payroll.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Understanding ofthe employee life cycle and HR business processes.

  • Strong time-management organisational and interpersonal skills includingeffectivewritten and verbal communication.

  • Excellent attention to detailstrongfollow-through analyticalandproblem-solving skills and sound judgement.

  • Ability to handlehighly sensitivedata with confidentialityanddiscretionandtoexerciseappropriate judgment.

  • Strong stakeholder-managementskills and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.

  • A team-orientedapproachbalanced with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience working in cross-functional groupsandacross multiple countries.

  • Confidence to askquestionschallengeexistingpractices and seek opportunities for improvementdemonstratinga proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience:

  • ExperienceofinitiatingWorkdaybusiness processescovering thefullemployee life cyclefrom requisitioncreationand hiring throughto job changesandterminations.Open to experience with other largeenterprise HRISsystems.

  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excelskillsandexperience working inSharePoint.

  • Experience of using ticketing systems such as ServiceNowor simila
