Job Description:
My client is looking for a hands-on detail-driven Accountant who is confident managing the full accounting function end-to-end across multiple entities. They are comfortable owning deadlines navigating complexity and keeping the books clean under pressure.
They have solid experience with month-end and year-end close strong general ledger control and are fully competent across AP AR cashbook VAT and audit preparation. Exposure to foreign exchange contracts and import/export payments is essential as is the ability to manage cash flow and liaise effectively with banks and external stakeholders.

- Full financial accounting for multiple entities
- Month-end quarter-end and year-end close
- General ledger journals reconciliations and reporting
- Accounts payable accounts receivable and cashbook management
- VAT returns and audit support
- Foreign exchange contracts (FECs) and import/export payments
- Cash flow management and banking liaison
- Staff supervision and process improvement initiatives

- Degree in Financial or Management Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing staff
- ERP system experience (Syspro preferred)
- Strong attention to detail deadline driven and able to work under pressure
