About the position
Were looking for a proactive and creative Consultant Operational Design to join our People & Culture Division and help bring clarity consistency and professionalism to our Divisional and University priorities.
In this role youll work across the Division to design and develop meaningful materials (including policies frameworks guides reports and other key resources) that support the successful delivery of People & Culture initiatives. Whether its simplifying complex content developing visual resources creating new processes or templates or collaborating with subject matter experts to turn ideas into action youll bring a strong design mindset an eye for detail and a clear focus on the end user.
This is a hands-on role where youll make a visible contribution to high-impact projects and help shape how we communicate and engage across the University. As part of the newly established Design & Coordination team within the broader Capability Partnering & Strategy Team you will work closely with a range of stakeholders to create purposeful accessible and high-quality outputs that support the work of the wider P&C function.
