Job Summary
At NCS we are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team as a dedicated lead for one of our key clients. This is a standalone position designed for a high-level functional expert who thrives on autonomy and taking full ownership of a complex SAP landscape.
In this specialized capacity you will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for the health optimization and evolution of the SAP Finance environment. You will work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions ensuring that all finance processes align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Qualifications :
End-to-End Project Delivery: Drive the successful execution of SAP Finance projects and change requests by overseeing system design development and implementation activities.
Solution Design & Deployment: Lead the design configuration and stabilization of SAP solutions to ensure they meet specific business objectives and long-term goals.
Requirements Engineering: Facilitate workshops to capture and validate customer requirements translating complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.
System Configuration: Perform and review hands-on module configuration to ensure the system is tailored precisely to the clients business requirements.
Deployment Support: Provide expert technical and functional guidance during critical go-live and deployment phases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication with broader project teams to maintain a unified understanding of business goals.
User Engagement: Conduct thorough design walkthroughs to ensure stakeholders have a deep understanding of the projects expected outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Manage incident resolution and ongoing support while identifying opportunities to optimize software performance and resolve complex bugs.
Financial Operations Support: Deliver essential functional assistance to ensure smooth accurate and timely month-end closing processes.
Consultative Advisory: Act as the primary subject matter expert representing the clients interests when interfacing with technical boards and decision-makers.
Expert Problem Solving: Serve as the designated point of contact for complex user queries providing high-level resolutions and troubleshooting.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders.
