Whats the role
Youll step into a key quality assurance role within our Global KYC & Onboarding function where youll review completed KYC files strengthen controls and support continuous improvement across our processes. This is a 12 month opportunity Sydneybased position working closely with teams who are committed to delivering highquality financial crime risk outcomes. Youll provide guidance insights and training that help uplift capability and ensure our KYC practices remain accurate consistent and aligned to regulatory requirements.
Youll conduct detailed QA assessments support the development of our QA framework and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations Financial Crime Compliance and project teams. Youll identify risks recommend enhancements contribute to training and help drive a culture of quality and accountability across the KYC function.
