Job Summary
Join Ccs Pawn Superstore as a Pawn Shop Manager in LAKE CHARLES this role you will oversee daily operations ensure outstanding customer service manage inventory and lead a dedicated team to drive the success of our store.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise train and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals
- Appraise and evaluate pawned items accurately and fairly
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain store appearance and organize inventory effectively
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and promote positive client relationships
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management preferably in a pawn shop or related industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pawn industry regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to appraise diverse merchandise accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction
