Consult direct manager on activation & visibility plan.
budget & planning: manage each project within the approved budget. Proactive planning (6 months) to support the trade
Source for best service (3rd party) to provide on time delivery at cost efficiency
Drive the excellent execution on promotion PVA vol projection
Complete all reports accurately and timely.
People management:
Ensure each subordinate understand the brands direction and adhere to PROS2.0 segmentation with appropriate brand.
Supervise direct subordinates in basis work routine (engage with sales marketing suppliers and trade)
Develop subordinates by in line with companys direction (value growth) brand knowledge client engagement working as a team (sales & Mktg) and with open mindset
Ensure subordinates adhere to company policy/procedure and daily work requirement.
Follow up subordinates working performance.

Ensure the smooth execution in wholesalers retailers On Trade On Line & MOFT
