Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of perioperative professionals Geisinger is seeking an experienced Perioperative Nursing Program Director to lead and administer our systemwide AORN Perioperative 101 program. This role oversees all didactic and clinical components supports the development of nurses and other professionals entering perioperative practice and advances evidencebased education across the health system. The Director serves as an educator leader consultant and researcher collaborating with perioperative teams to strengthen clinical practice ensure competency and enhance the delivery of safe highquality patient care.Job Duties:
Oversees and facilitates Specialty Nurse Fellowship Program following established standards and expectations. Focus on continuing professional development and education for nurses new to specialty area. Various responsibilities focus on developing educational programs and processes to promote professional development for nurses through the organization.
