Were looking for a talented Media Enablement Lead (12month FTC) who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Media Enablement team this role will drive the evolution of Tesco Medias channel capabilities by managing key enablement workstreams strengthening our gotomarket strategy and ensuring our media teams have the tools insights and training needed to deliver sustainable growth. Youll coordinate crossfunctional projects gather feedback from sales and partners and help shape how our media products show up in marketmaking this role a critical enabler of Tesco Medias growth ambitions.

What youll be working on:

  • Build and deliver the Media Enablement channel plan for Point of Sale (POS) Radio and smaller channelsdriving proactive growth and ensuring alignment to the wider vision.
  • Move projects forward by connecting teams managing schedules escalating risks early and removing blockers.
  • Align the ME workplan with the gotomarket product plan launching new propositions with clear GTM materials and supporting inyear innovation.
  • Lead governance with Tesco Shopper Marketing and relevant stakeholders including instore inventory management.
  • Own the Media Training Frameworkprioritising and delivering the right training at the right time upskilling Sales and supporting presales needs.
  • Act as the Enablement lead for Commercialrunning focus groups and surveys to identify training and collateral needs and gathering client feedback to shape GTM materials.
  • Lead strategic workstreams (e.g. Sphere Measurement) ensuring demandside needs are captured with Product ADS and Media Planning.
  • Coown the Media Enablement Channel Hubensuring all tools materials and content are accessible up to date and structured for effective media planning.
  • Improve internal processes governance and communication forums for more efficient crossteam collaboration.
  • Stay closely connected to the wider media team and act as a key consultant to Sales.

What we expect from you:

  • Strong knowledge of media and with an in-depth understanding of connected store channels.
  • Proven organization skills ability to juggle multiple projects effectively at once.
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills (adept at using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work in a fast-movingteamand be adaptable to change.
  • A strong collaborator showing evidencemanaging conflicting agendas from multiple stakeholders in harmony.
  • A proactive solution finder who is results-drivenself-motivatedand highly goal-oriented.
  • A consultative style with the ability to understand clients business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.
