Description of role:

TWI is seeking an exceptional senior leader to drive our commercial operational and strategic growth across Southeast Asia. This is a highimpact role at the forefront of expanding TWIs presence in one of the worlds most dynamic regions. The Group Regional Manager will shape market strategy strengthen partnerships and ensure the delivery of worldclass training certification professional membership and technical services.

As the senior representative for TWI in Southeast Asia you will champion our values uphold our reputation for technical excellence and lead a diverse regional team to deliver sustainable growth and outstanding customer experience. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires frequent travel across the region with occasional travel to the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a region of strategic importance within a globally respected organisation. You will shape the future of skills development technical excellence and industry capability across Southeast Asia while working with a missiondriven team committed to innovation and impact.

The position also oversees compliance with legal regulatory and accreditation standards manages operational and financial risks ensures strong P&L performance and acts as the primary link between regional offices and TWI headquarters in the UK.

Candidates will bring significant senior management experience across multisite operations demonstrate strong leadership strategic planning financial management and negotiation skills. The role requires analytical decisionmaking the ability to manage multiple priorities and fluency in Malay and English.

Interview process: There will be a two-stage interview process the first round will be on Microsoft Teams & the second round will be carried out in person in the Kuala Lumpur office this will take place week commencing 13th April as panel members are travelling to conduct these in person from the UK.
