Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute design concepts for various projects.
- Lead end to end Retail Store Fit out & renovation projects (Planning to handover)
- Details Drawings 3 D rendering & Presentations
- Coordinate with Landlords consultants and contractors for smooth execution.
- Managing contractors Project timelines cost and site issues & projects quality standards
- Internal Coordination - Working closely with internal Teams providing consistant project updates.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes
- Team Player with clear communication skills
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design Architect or related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in project design.
- Have knowledge in Software Auto CAD Revit 3D Studio Max Adobe Microsoft etc
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous project designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
- Have knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes.
