职位要求:
1本科及以上学历暖通空调相关专业
25年以上空调系统设计及节能设计经验. 熟悉空调系统的设计工作原理与运行要求冷源/末端空调环境控制等和控制系统基础技术了解配电系统
3具有较强的责任心充分的执行力良好的人际理解力和沟通能力具备良好的团队合作精神
4 熟练使用CAD绘图软件工作有BIM设计经验者优先
5熟悉工程招投标流程与工程预算等可以配合或参数工程的招投标工作
6 具备软件模拟建筑负荷与模拟系统能耗经验者优先 英语读写流利
工作职责:
1负责采用软件模拟建筑冷负荷与模拟空调系统能耗与效率等
2负责根据客户要求或公司要求进行冷水机房工程项目的优化设计与深化设计设备选型与计算
3根据客户要求完成空调系统方案编写及PPT制作等资料并可以给与客户介绍与培训相关方案与内容
4配合完成项目投标的技术标部分标书的准备与制作熟悉工程的预算决算等工作工程前期配合销售团队进行工程的投标工作
5配合施工项目现场完成项目的施工图设计与指导安装与系统调试与运维
