Job Summary
Dallas Hybrid
An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Real Estate practice in Dallas.
This role is well-suited for an associate with experience advising on commercial real estate transactions who is interested in sophisticated deal work and working closely with partners on complex matters.
The Role
The associate will work with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions leasing development projects and related transactional work. The practice offers meaningful responsibility direct client exposure and involvement in high-value real estate transactions.
Ideal Background
Prior experience in commercial real estate transactions
Exposure to acquisitions dispositions leasing and development matters
Strong drafting issue-spotting and project-management skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
