The Role & Responsibilities You will be the hub of communication and personnel management for the school ensuring that all staff are supported compliant and motivated.
Casework Management: Leading on first-line advice for disciplinary and grievance matters ensuring all processes follow ACAS best practices.
Data Analytics: Producing monthly HR metrics for the Governors including snapshots of staff turnover diversity and absence trends.
Onboarding Excellence: Designing a 5-star induction journey for new starters to ensure high retention from day one.
Trade Union Liaison: Maintaining positive and proactive relationships with local union representatives.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years in a generalist HR role ideally within an Academy Trust.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of proficiency in HRIS platforms.
Right to Work: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
