Senior Brand Governance Manager

About the Role:

PwC has an establishedBrand team in the UK. The team is part ofUKbrand andmarketingalongside Campaign Management Digital Marketing Content & Thought Leadership andBrand Experiencebut the remit of the team extends beyond marketing to work across every aspect of business with the aim of creating an exceptional brand experience for our clients our people and our communities. The PwC brandwas relaunched globally in 2025 andis one of our most valuable assets.As such weareon a mission to evolve the way we educate engage ourpeopleand governto elevatethe brand experienceacross all critical touchpoints.

The Brand Team covers core areas such as strategyand insightscreativebrandactivation experiencemanagementand governance. This role is for theBrandGovernanceSeniorManager and will bea great opportunityfor the right candidate toposition brand governance as a strategic capability.

Werelooking fora well versed collaborative individual who will quickly become the brand expert and go-to person reporting to the UK brand lead and working alongside the global brand team to manageand evolvebrandgovernance systems andcompliance. We need a person who consistently acts with integrity and upholds the high brand standards and quality benchmarks that we need to hold ourselves to.

What your days will look like:

  • Serve as the brand expert and advisor elevating and protecting the brand experience in line with PwC network standards.
  • Build and evolve brand governance frameworks and operating models to ensure consistent compliance and quality across all brand touchpoints.
  • Define brand guardrails for AIenabled content and emerging technologies ensuring responsible and consistent brand application.
  • Lead cobranding activities with third parties including contracts and approvals for acquisitions divestments and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate across strategy creative activation and experience teams to deliver highquality insightdriven brand experiences.
  • Oversee training stakeholder management brand standards reviews and leadership of governance teams including direct line management.
