Position Title: Applied Sales Engineer
Working Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon Fri 8.30am 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4200 Transport Allowance Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Promote and recommend airside products to building owners consultants and contractors
Focus on growing airside sales and increasing market share
Develop long-term relationships with customers
Build strong working relationships with customers especially key accounts
Increase business with existing accounts and support customer retention
Identify sales opportunities and work with existing and new customers to propose suitable solutions
Update sales forecasts on time in the system
Handle negotiations address customer concerns and close sales. Position Trane as a preferred supplier
Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
12 years of experience in engineering sales
Experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
