About the Company
Our client is a globally recognized luxury jewelry house known for its exceptional craftsmanship contemporary design and high-quality pearls and diamonds. As part of its strategic expansion in Southeast Asia the company is seeking a commercially driven and market-savvy Head of Sales to lead regional channel development.
Position Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding distribution channels across Singapore Malaysia Thailand and selected Southeast Asian markets (excluding travel retail).
This role requires a strategic leader with strong regional market knowledge proven luxury sales expertise and the ability to build and manage high-level retail and wholesale partnerships. The position will be based in Singapore and report directly to the APAC GM in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Channel Development
- Develop and execute sales strategy across Southeast Asia
- Identify and secure new retail and wholesale distribution partners
- Lead negotiations with department stores luxury multi-brand retailers and franchise partners
- Drive market entry and expansion plans for new territories
Sales Performance & P&L Management
- Deliver revenue targets and profitability objectives
- Manage pricing sell-through and inventory optimization
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior
Retail Excellence
- Ensure brand positioning and visual merchandising standards are upheld
- Partner with marketing teams on local activations and client engagement initiatives
- Support store openings and performance improvement plans
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with APAC HQ on strategy reporting and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with key landlords department stores and retail groups
- Provide regular market intelligence and performance analysis
Requirements
- 10 years of sales leadership experience within luxury jewelry watches or premium fashion
- Proven track record in Southeast Asia market development
- Strong understanding of Singapore Malaysia and Thailand retail landscape
- Established network with luxury retailers and department stores
- Experience managing multi-country sales operations
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
- Fluent in English;
- Willingness to travel within the region
