The Customer Service Representative on our transportation team plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our clients satisfied. This is your chance to accelerate your career in a vital fast-paced industry with a team that values dedication efficiency and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and texts when communicating with customers and drivers
    • Provide accurate and timely information regarding services pricing and scheduling
    • Monitor and track service orders keeping customers informed of the status of their requests
    • Identify and troubleshoot service request issues escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams
  • Enter customer orders into courier software accurately capturing pickup and delivery times locations and other relevant service details
  • Perform other office duties as assigned


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (experience in transportation and logistics is considered an asset)
  • A professional demeanor strong work ethic attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word and Excel) web-based systems and courier software with high adaptability to new and unfamiliar platforms
  • Pleasant and professional phone manners along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills including the ability to identify and resolve minor issues in a timely manner
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (at the employees expense)
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada



Term Position - with the possibility of a permanent role following the term

Full-time: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility for staggered start times as required

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour with consideration given to relevant qualifications and experience
