Role Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with NetSuite experience to support ongoing application maintenance and incident management activities within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in triaging resolving and documenting NetSuite-related issues while ensuring seamless communication with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities -
Triage and manage NetSuite-related tickets using ServiceNow

Resolve standard functional and configuration issues within NetSuite

Analyze and classify issues as functional configuration integration or development-related

Perform minor configuration changes including roles forms fields and workflows
-
Escalate complex issues to technical teams with well-documented analysis
-
Communicate effectively with business users regarding issue status and resolution
-
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Skills & Experience -
2 4 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite

Strong functional understanding of core modules such as Financials AP/AR Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
-
Familiarity with NetSuite technical concepts including workflows roles and integrations (no deep coding required)

Experience working in a Managed Services / AMS environment

Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management

Strong communication and documentation skills
