As Senior Partner Leadership Development you will play a critical role in shaping the leadership culture and capability across DCCEEW. You will lead the design delivery and evaluation of high- impact leadership programs that uplift capability at all levels - from emerging leaders to our senior executives and translate strategy into practical measurable outcomes.
In this role you will:
You wont just support leaders; youll help create the kind of leadership that supports the future of NSW and on any day you will be a strategic advisor a collaborator a coach and a champion of positive cultural change.
About You
You are a trusted values-led practitioner who brings deep expertise in leadership development adult learning theory and organisational development. You communicate with clarity and credibility can influence across complex stakeholder environments and build productive partnerships with leaders of all levels.
You bring demonstrated experience designing end to end leadership programs including coaching and capability pathways and you balance strategic thinking with disciplined delivery of outcomes.
You are comfortable working with data and feedback to evaluate impact improve quality and elevate our leadership work.
