SKILLS KNOWLEDGE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS

Required Certifications and Training

• OJT training on Fluke Met/Team and Met/Cal systems
• Basic electronic theory

Experience Level with Business Tools

• Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

LEVEL DESCRIPTION

Job Complexity

• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

Typical Education and Experience

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Calibration Experience: No experience to <1 year
• Any electronic background.

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  Light work that will occasionally 1-33% require employee to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 1-33% lift more than 30 lbs. to greater than 50 lbs.

  Reaching above and below the shoulder occasionally 1-33%

  Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools Frequently 34-66%

  Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion such as long periods of standing walking bending crouching stretching reaching repetitive motion or similar activities.

  Work environments include electrical current proximity to moving mechanical parts repetitive hand motion working from heights cold environment hot environment.
