Required Experience & Skills

Manufacturing experience required(assembly production or machine operation)
Ability toread and follow written instructions diagrams and blueprints
Strongattention to detail and quality control awareness
Ability tolift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance andstrong work ethic
Ability towork independently and as part of a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Performmechanical and industrial assemblyaccording to blueprints and work instructions
Operatehand tools power tools and basic manufacturing equipment safely
Inspectparts and finished assemblies to verify quality and accuracy
Followproduction schedules and meet daily output goals
Maintain aclean organized and safe work environment
Reportdefects equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Collaborate withteam members to support efficient workflow
Follow allsafety procedures PPE requirements and company policies

Preferred Experience

Experience withmechanical assembly wiring or industrial equipment
Familiarity withtorque tools calipers or precision measuring tools
Previous experience working in afast-paced production environment
