Job Summary
Lyle Machinery Co. is a diversified equipment dealer founded and located in the heart of Mississippi. For over 35 years LMC has fostered a supportive and balanced culture to accomplish our shared values. Weve added a location just down the road from our Headquarters in Richland Mississippi dedicated especially to Parts & Service. With several locations across MS AL LA FL and TX LMC performs service and repairs both on-site and in the field.
Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 7 years but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom weve partnered. As we continue to grow we are looking for self-motivated salesmen who are able to connect with our customers and provide great customer service.
This sales position will be for our Hitachi division.
- 3 years success in an Outside Sales Rep role in construction equipment industry
- Bachelors degree in related studies is preferred
- Proven track record of growing the business thru strategic plan execution
- Must be skilled with Microsoft office including excel
- Must be able to use our operating system (CDK) our CRM and manufacturer websites
- Ability to multi-task Good communication skills both written and verbal
