Position Overview
Were seeking a consultative B2B salesperson to sell a complex tax-driven employer benefit solution. This role involves educating companies working with accountants to determine eligibility and managing the full sales cycle from outreach through close.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong B2B consultative sales experience
Comfortable selling complex or technical solutions
Polished communication and presentation skills
Experience selling to executives HR or finance leaders
Entrepreneurial mindset (startup environment preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new employer partnerships
Educate companies on childcare tax credit programs
Manage full sales cycle and stakeholder relationships
Coordinate with accountants and internal technical experts
Present ROI and financial value to decision makers
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
3 years B2B sales experience
Strong closing ability and relationship management skills
Professional English communication
Experience in benefits fintech payroll HR tech or financial services (preferred)
