Working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product development and other designersyou will create seamless digitalexperiencesthat support IDEXXs evolving software product ecosystem.

We help veterinary practices save time increase revenue communicate better withclientsand reduce workload stress.Byprovidingpatientrecorddataconsultation workflowsdiagnosticsclientcommunicationsbusinessinsightsandinventory managementsystems.

A problem solver at heart passionate about understanding the problem and advocating for the customer helping strike a balance between the desirability viability and feasibility of solutions.

• You will have anextensiveUX and CXtool set that is pragmatic in helping the product trio understand the right problem and be creative inprovidingthe rightsolution.

• Have theability to discoverunderstandand communicatethe problemspaceand execute user experience initiatives fora complex domain managerisk simplifyexperienceswhileincreasing product qualitythisshouldbeevidentin your portfolio.

• Can engagewith customers viavariousfeedbackforums;one to one conversations onsitevisitsand online video conversations.

• Can gather feedbacklistenandsummariseknowledge. Use design rationale toadapt anditeratethe solution so that the product will be of real benefit.

• Responsible for creating interactive user centric prototypesprocess modelsjourney mapsdesignframeworksor other required artefacts.

• Ideally experience in usingGen AI tools in their processwhilemaintainingprinciples ofagreat designprocess.

• Ability to use data to inform decisionmaking not just qualitative insight.

• Create well-considered design plansandbringProductManagersand Engineerson the journey tobring the solution to life!

What you will bring:

• 5 yearsexperience inProduct DesignUX& CX

• Solid understanding of UI design principles mobile first interaction designprototyping accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)andusingGen AI Toolson your process.

• Prior experience workingincomplex domainsprior exposure to medical applications and software design is helpful.

• High attention to detail but also the ability to move between tactical and strategic thinking.

• Clear communicator (Fluency in English)a greatlistenerand influencer.

• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and in a multi-team cross-functional environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in-person and via video calls

• Strong understanding of the software development processworking in an Agilemethodologyis beneficial.

• Being an advocate of the user-centereddesign process and contributing to the overall user experience of IDEXX products.

• Occasional travel may be.
