Delgado Community College is seeking a motivated individual to supervise the maintenance of the landscaped grounds of the college facilities by performing a wide variety of tasks and exercising supervision over a group of laborers.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience or training in farming the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs or groundskeeping; OR
Eighteen semester hours in a plant science or landscape field of study.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Supervises assists and supports a group of laborers.
Performs work related task specific to grounds keeping and horticulture when needed.
Maintains records tracking equipment utilization repairs cleaning security and storage.
Creates work assignments tracks and records employee leave keeps attendance records and tracks safety completion tracks equipment inventory supplies and submit suggestions for purchases.
