Summary
As a member of the North American Intermediary sales team and reporting to the Head of Bank and U.S. Offshore the U.S. Offshore Analyst will help drive growth by making the sales team more effective with clients and prospects while also improving the quality of our data processes and reporting across the U.S. Offshore platform.
The U.S. Offshore Analyst supports:
Three Advisor Consultants (external wholesalers) covering the U.S. Offshore Intermediary market ( Financial Advisors focused on foreign / nonU.S. clients) and
The broader U.S. Offshore business through data reporting onboarding and operational coordination
Responsibilities
Partner closely with three external wholesalers to support coverage of Financial Advisors in the U.S. Offshore market
Run client and prospect lists schedule and coordinate meetings and support targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and other data sources
Help manage daytoday client interactions: followup calls and emails providing fact sheets and materials responding to product inquiries and coordinating calls or meetings with investment teams
Stay informed on key products markets and competitor offerings (via Morningstar and internal resources) to support effective positioning and sales conversations
Assist with operational aspects of the platform including distribution agreement onboarding fund/share class availability and platform setup
Support AUM and flow reporting for the US Offshore business ensuring trades and flows are correctly tagged and captured
Contribute to feerelated processes (trailers rebates breakpoints) and tradingrelated support (availability confirmations clientspecific questions position/trading files)
Maintain core business files and data (UCITS yields fees symbols channel coding) in coordination with internal stakeholders
Maintain and organize sales collateral and product menus including UCITS factsheets (English and Spanish) and related materials
Act as a daytoday coordination point across sales operations product marketing and compliance helping to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in finance economics business or a related field.
13 yearsof experience in asset management wealth management intermediary distribution or a related financial services role (e.g. business management sales support)
Strong proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and comfort working with data reporting and AI
Familiarity with UCITS funds private markets and intermediary/wealth management platforms is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize information and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders external-facing team members and clients
Proactive resourceful and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with evolving priorities.
Series 7 63 65 and 31 or 7 66 and 31 licenses required or obtained within 3-6 months of hire date depending on licenses needed
Spanish speakerpreferred but not required

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80000-$95000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance retirement life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
