Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our team in Farmington Hills this role you will provide essential assistance to clients with daily living activities helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transferring
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients condition to the office staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and client care plans
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Compassionate patient and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Must pass background checks and comply with all licensing requirements
- Ability to travel to client locations within Farmington Hills MI
