Litigation Attorney Personal Injury

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Litigation Attorney to take full ownership of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex high-value matters while playing a critical role in securing justice for clients.

You will act as a strategic advocate trusted advisor and courtroom leader-handling all aspects of litigation while collaborating with a skilled and supportive team

Requirements:

Licensed attorney in good standing in the relevant state
7 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Strong understanding of state laws legal procedures and litigation strategy related to personal injury
Excellent research analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proven success in managing cases and achieving favorable client outcomes
Experience in legal research drafting briefs and advising clients
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys paralegals and support staff
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high-volume caseload across all phases of personal injury litigation
Conduct detailed case investigations to establish liability and assess damages
Draft review and file legal documents including pleadings discovery motions and MSJ oppositions
Handle law and motion practice and resolve discovery disputes
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining consistent communication and transparency
Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials
