Flinders Christian Community College seeks to employ an enthusiastic Timetabler working at our Tyabb campus. Working in a small but collaborative team the Timetabler will bring energy focus on completion and a passion for high level organisation to our College.

This role is responsible for planning and creating the timetable to meet the educational and operational needs of the College. Particular details include the scheduling of rooms and classes to meet student subject selection needs.

The Timetabler manages and administers the timetabling service to both the Primary and Secondary schools these tasks help meet the educational goals of the College. Experience in using the Timetabler programme / system would be considered highly advantageous.

If you have a demonstrated ability to initiate organise and lead projects through a collaborative approach with other team members and well-developed interpersonal skills this could be the role for you. Flexibility workload prioritisation the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and proactivity and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are part of your suite of skills.

You will find satisfaction in applying your high level of attention to detail and experience in delivering complex deadline-driven projects.

This role is Part Time 2 days per week; working on the days that suit 8.00am 4.06pm. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate in the range of $82954.00 - $91248.00 for full time per annum.
