About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Insights in our Melbourne CBD office you will play a key support role in helping drive data-informed decision-making across marketing including Media & CRM. This role is responsible for campaign performance analysis experimentation analysis and customer marketing insights.
You will support the team by tracking marketing and CRM experiments and ensuring insights are actioned effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded individual looking to develop their skills in marketing data reporting and measurement.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
You will:
- Track and report on key marketing and CRM campaigns providing insights on performance and effectiveness.
- Support post-campaign analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update core marketing reports and dashboards ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support marketing experiments including A/B testing to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Provide insights from test results to optimise future marketing strategies.
- Support segmentation and targeting efforts to improve campaign effectiveness.
About You
- Youre experienced withSQLand love diving into data to find the story beneath the surface.
- StrongExcelskills and experience withBI toolslike Tableau Power BI or Looker.
- Youre adata storyteller and able to translate complex analysis into clear compelling insights for any audience.
- A natural collaborator with strong stakeholder skills and a passion for solving real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking.
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation methodologies is highly regarded.
